subscribers to 'Alexander Babu' the YouTube Channel in a span of 2 months towards the goal of reaching 1 Million total subscribers from an initial ~500k with an absolute 100% growth in a span of 2 months. I worked for a total of 4 months managing and creating original content for YouTube, Instagram & Facebook in collaboration with the artiste. Due to mixed factors like the lock-down and improved content quality, the engagement went up drastically and which also boosted his merch sales. I did few illustration for the merch. The channel's videos were on Top #10 Trending regionally. It was a nice experience to work there and also learned a lot about running a large account at scale and producing content that is incrementally better than the last based on metrics and collaboration.
